Our positions offer a hybrid model, combining in-person and telehealth services. Our offices are located in the Flanders Professional Building at 2250 NW Flanders Street, Suites 201 and 304, Portland, 97210, Oregon.

Minimum Qualifications:

Licensed or registered to practice in Oregon.
-
Proficient in evidence-based treatments for shame, mood, anxiety, fear, developmental, and complex trauma-related disorders.

Skilled in clinical documentation.

Comfortable with software platforms such as Simple Practice and G-Suite.
-
Strong ability to build and maintain professional therapeutic relationships.
-
Effective collaboration in a culturally sensitive and diverse team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in addressing cultural diversity through training and practice.
-
Advanced training in working with Neurodivergence.
-
Advanced training in complex trauma treatment.
-
Familiarity with mindfulness-based psychotherapies.
-
Openness to training in EMDR, Brainspotting, or other body-centered modalities.
-
Desire to grow as an attuned and relational therapist, with access to in-house training opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide therapy services aligned with the mission and values of Connections First.

Implement focused therapy approaches, utilizing outcome measures and treatment planning supported by in-house training.

Maintain a clinical caseload and complete documentation within required timeframes.

Meet weekly therapy session requirements.

Participate in supervision, clinical case consultations, and training sessions.

Engage in ongoing evidence-based specialty training, both in-house and within the community.

Provide and receive constructive feedback professionally.

Adhere to state licensure and documentation requirements.
